Presenting the latest trends and cutting-edge research of high-tech Swiss Startups
The Swisstech Pavilion at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024 Global Startup Program will showcase the latest trends and cutting-edge research of high-tech Swiss Startups to a vast public of corporate partners and investors. The two-day program aims at creating “sustainable new values” by overcoming common global urban issues, such as population growth, energy and environmental concerns, ageing infrastructure, and the preservation of traditional culture by utilizing Tokyo’s cutting-edge technology, diverse ideas, and digital know-how.
Held on May 15 & 16, SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024 Global Startup Program is Asia’s largest and Japan’s only global innovation conference that creates “new encounters” with both domestic and international startup ecosystems to solve common global urban issues.
The Swisstech Pavilion is organized by Swissnex in Japan in partnership with Swisstech (Presence Switzerland, Innosuisse, Swissnex, Switzerland Global Enterprise), Swiss Business Hub Japan, Innovaud and Science & Technology Office Tokyo at the Embassy of Switzerland in Japan.
SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will hold SusHi Tech Tokyo 2024 in the Tokyo Bay area from Saturday April 27 to Sunday May 26, 2024 as an initiative to promote Sustainable High City Tech Tokyo (= SusHi Tech Tokyo), which creates “sustainable new value”. The entire area, including other events, is expected to attract 500,000 visitors during the period.
SusHi Tech Tokyo is a symbol of overcoming global urban challenges with the use of cutting-edge technology, to create a sustainable society. It consists of the following three programmes
1 Asia’s largest “Global Start-up Program”
Venue: Tokyo Big Sight
2 “City Leaders Program” gathering leaders from cities on five continents
Venue: Hotel New Otani Tokyo
3 Experience-oriented “Showcase Programme” to present future urban models through “booths”
Venue: Ariake Arena, Miraikan, Symbol Promenade Park, Umi-no-Mori Area
