How to participate:
1️⃣ Create an origami Heidi
2️⃣ Share a photo of it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or X.
3️⃣ Follow Swiss Pavilion and Swissnex Japan + tag us on the respective platform so we can see your creation

The contest is open to participation until 23:59 JST October 5th. The winners will be contacted individually by October 7th.

• This promotion is organized by the Swiss Pavilion, FDFA Presence Switzerland located at Bundesgasse 32, 3003 Bern, Switzerland and Swissnex in Japan, located at Umeda Shinmichi Bldg. 1F, 1-1-5 Dojima, Kita-ku, Osaka 530-0003. It is open to people being able to be in Osaka on October 9th.
• The winner can come accompanied by a maximum of 1 person. 2 people in total can meet Heidi per win.
• Winners will be chosen randomly.
• Winners will be notified via X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. If the winner does not respond within 12 hours, another winner will be selected.
• The time of the encounter will be decided by the Swiss Pavilion and is not flexible. If the winner is not on time, Swiss Pavilion reserves the right to cancel the encounter.
• The prize include: a VIP encounter with Heidi and a visit of Swissnex’s current exhibition.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize does not include transportation, or accommodation.
